2. Damaged or Defective Items If an item arrives visibly compromised, broken, or severely defective:

- Provide your Order Number and clear photographic proof of the damaged vial/package.
3. Replacement Review
- Our support team will inspect the submitted evidence.
- If a genuine defect or transit damage is verified, we will arrange a free replacement shipment.
- Replacement requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Incomplete or unverified claims will not be processed.
